Help that doesn’t end today —
a way to earn for tomorrow.

Helping people who can work, but lack the means, become self-reliant through skills and income-earning tools.

Two women receive livestock support

The need

The will is there, the ability is there —
only the start is missing.

Many people are willing and able to work but can’t earn steadily without basic tools or a first push. Giving a means of income once lasts far longer than giving aid every month.

How it works

From need to income —
in five steps.

  1. Find the need

Local volunteers and representatives identify families able to work but lacking the tools.

  2. Assess

A home visit decides which tool will work best for the family.

  3. Equip & train

A rickshaw-van, sewing machine, livestock or the training needed.

  4. Start earning

The family starts earning by its own work — help becomes ability.

  5. Follow up

Regular check-ins, with advice where needed.

One story

Since we got the cow, I sell milk and cover the household costs. I don’t have to ask anyone for help.
